Shipping

Your shoes will be shipped from our warehouse in France, right next to Paris. Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, your order will be dispatched within 48 hours after you receive your confirmation e-mail. If a delay, extra costs or another issue arises, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible.

After your order is dispatched, delivery time in France is between 2 and 4 working days. Delivery time in the rest of the EU is estimated between 4 and 10 working days.

Delivery time to the rest of the worlds depends on your location. You can track the progress of your package at any time using the tracking number provided after your order has been shipped.
