How is the sizing?

Our sizing is unisex and mostly true to size. Might be a bit small for wide feet.

In case of doubts please go half a size up.

Shipping and delivery

When will I receive my order?

Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, your order will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after you receive your confirmation e-mail. If a delay, extra costs or another issue arises, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible.
After your order is dispatched, delivery time in France is between 2 and 4 working days. Delivery time in the rest of the EU is estimated between 4 and 10 working days. 
Delivery time to the rest of the worlds depends on your location. You can track the progress of your package at any time using the tracking number provided after your order has been shipped.

How much will I pay for delivery?

Delivery costs are based on your region of purchase and will be mentioned during check-out. Please note that deliveries to countries outside of the EU may be subject to other costs such as VAT, import duties and/or taxes, levied when your package reaches your country and payable by the receiver.

Do the prices on the website include VAT?

The prices on the website include a 20% sales tax for orders within the EU. If you order from outside of the EU, this 20% tax is not included in the price you see during check-out, but your delivery may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, levied when your package reaches your country and payable by the receiver.

How much VAT, tax and/or import duties will I have to pay on my delivery outside of the EU?

If you order from outside of the EU, your delivery may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, levied when your package reaches your country and payable by the receiver. The amount of VAT, import duties and/or taxes you will need to pay depends on your location.

Returns and exchanges

Is it possible to modify or cancel my order after confirmation?

Once your online order has been placed, it is not possible to modify or cancel your order.


What are the return conditions?

You have 14 days after delivery to return a product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To apply for a return, please contact us at support@village-pm.com. Make sure to include this information in your e-mail:

- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an e-mail with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without an initial return request are never accepted.

How will I be refunded for my return?

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if we can refund your order. If so, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs and that it may take a few days for your payment method to process and post the refund.
