Village PM is a performance skateboarding footwear brand that entered the market in March 2025.
With a progressive point of view on product innovation, design, branding and distribution the young brand culturally challenges the traditional boundaries of skateboarding footwear.
With founders coming from footwear and skateboarding industries, the Paris based label managed to quickly install itself as a true player in skateboarding footwear but more generally in the established footwear industry.
Currently distributed across Europe, it set to expand globally in 2026 through multiple channels:
- Wholesale in best in class core skateboarding shops (Civilist, Slam City Skates, Nozbone, Lost Art…)
- Wholesale in best in class fashion and lifestyle doors (The Broken Arm, Dover Street Market, Slam Jam, Très Bien…)
- Direct sales through eCommerce platform
Following the momentum of its successful launch, Village PM is now looking for passionate and driven talents to help confirm its entry on the global stage. As a key member to the team, you will work directly alongside the founders and play an active role in the everyday challenges and opportunities that comes with building an emerging brand with some ambition.
OMNICHANNEL SALES SPECIALIST (apprenticeship contract) - SEPT. 25, PARIS BASED
B2C responsibilities (70% of time)
Ensure a best-in-class customer experience on the Village PM global Shopify e-commerce platform through:
- Daily follow-up of orders and returns.
- Providing high-quality customer service for online clients.
- Online merchandising, content management, and website updates.
- Daily coordination of order flows and inventory management with our 3PL partner.
- Newsletter creation and CRM activities
B2B responsibilities (30% of time)
Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with our wholesale partners across Europe through:
- Manage the end-to-end order process: confirmations, payments, invoicing, and deliveries.
- Oversee daily operations with our third-party logistics (3PL) provider.
- Foster close connections with the distribution network to gather and analyze key data.
- Prepare sales performance reports and analysis.
- Optimize inventory across multiple channels using internal systems and tools.
